As independent building owners with decades of experience in the construction of residential and commercial properties, we support you in the successful planning and implementation of your construction project, both for new buildings and for conversions and extensions. As experienced client trustees and consultants, we are familiar with the extensive tasks and problems involved in realising your construction project. We accompany and support you from the initial idea to completion and commissioning.

In our function as client trustee we do not provide services from the traditional areas of the planner or the general contractor, but exclusively take over the tasks of the client. As experienced and familiar with the circumstances of the Upper Engadine, we also analyse and answer your questions in terms of planning law, finance or the market economy.
